I get a mySQL permission error when clicking on Site Settings.

The Site Settings screen is one of the few areas in liveSite where a MySQL table is locked and unlocked, so the cause of the problem is most likely that your database user does not have lock permissions for your database. Please contact your server administrator about the problem.
