emails from new contact us form

when emails are sent out to us & people that fill in & submit the contact us form, we get in the top of the emails:
Login or Register About Us Contact Us 555-555-5555 Visit Our Website

The phone number is always 555-555-5555, I can not find it on the site or on forms to change it, I have several web sites set up with livesite & all of them do it.

Simplescripts and Livesite 8.5

Any word when we can update from V.8 to V.8.5 from simplescripts? Had some issues on my test site updating it manually. The only real thing I need for these other sites is the ad region fixed so it runs through the ads more than once. Any suggestions or patches for this???

Fatal Error on site

I get this with any call function in the browser. to any file

will no longer display pictures that have been uploaded via the livesite program or CSS files.

Change Caption background color

Website improper dispaly

I have been working on my website and then I went to go on another computer and found that it is not dispalying correctly.
Very messy and unorganized and the theme is not there, I only see the theme when i am logged in as admin. I ahve worked really hard and watching the videos on this.

MULTIPLE CONTACT US FORMS QUESTION

when someone submits a contact us form i see it show up multiple times in my forms section. I don't see anything different from one to the other. Any thoughts on why that might be? i just recently got one that was the identical form 4 times and another person submitted one and that showed up 2 times. Not sure what's going on here.

RE-ORDER ISSUES

I have a customer who told me that they tried to use the re-order feature and when they put in their card info, checked the terms and conditions button and hit submit they got a message that said he didn't have permission to view the page. I checked all the pages and they are all in the Registered Guests folder and of course he was logged in correctly since he was able to access the file in the first place.

As an alternative he just canceled that and went through the normal procedure like he was ordering for the first time and everything worked fine. I take it there is nothing happening on my card processing side since it's all the same info (he's a re-occurring customer).

Zip file not uploading

I have a number of jpeg images I am uploading to our site. I have created a zip file containing them all and go to the file upload... go through the steps to upload the file but after I click on Upload the system sits for a few minutes then the screen re-sets without uploading the file. This has always been the case anytime I attempt to upload a zip file. I can upload the images one at a time with no problem, but with 100+ images it's a real pain in the neck.

any ideas how to fix this?

Site point to wrong url after restore

I can't figure out how to get my url to point to my livesite url/index files. For some reason it keeps pointing to the wrong file/an old url. As of now I am using a redirect to get it to the correct live site page. Where would I need to point my url?

Possible "Import Contacts" Issue

As a test of my understanding, I exported a contact with an exisiting order. I then updated the contacts phone number and then imported it back to liveSite. The import went fine in terms of the phone number change, however, the associated order no longer shows up when I click on View Order from the Edit Contact page.
