Email Account Preferences

How can I edit the default "my-account-email-preferences" page so that I can remove or change the fields for Topic 1, 2, 3, and 4? I only want the general mailing list selection.

Edit the contact groups for each option and uncheck Enable E-mail Subscription.

Makes sense, but how do I get to the "edit contact groups" part of the website.

I see the Topic's and check marks selected next to my users under my Contact Groups, but I don't know where to edit the Contact Groups themselves, thanks.

Click Contacts tab and then click All Contact Groups link in the upper-left corner.
