Transfer User Accounts to another site

Is is posible (perhaps having you engineers do it for a fee) to transfer all of the users who are "Members" from one liveSite instance to another liveSite instance?

One of our clients is runs a member site with about 800 members and wants to merge its member site with the member site that is operated by another of our clients (also liveSite but a totally separate instance and domain.) Our desire is to make the transfer happen with the least possible disruption to 800 users. We would like to transfer the users' Contact info and User Account (including their passwords) into the surviving member site so the transferring users only have to log into their new member site using their existing usernames/passwords.

Is this possible?
