How do I create a menu region.

I clicked the design tab in my CP and found out that there no link that says ''create a menu region. Can you please help me with this?
Again, how do I add a page to an existing menu as a drop down list?

When you are in the Design tab, click All Menus. There, you will find Create Menu. You can add a page to any menu listed by clicking that menu name, then clicking Create Menu Item. If it is a sub menu, choose a parent menu name. Your new menu item will land at the bottom of the menu. If you want to change positions of the new item, open it back up and you will find the Postion option.
