You could display and/or send them a custom form confirmation page. Create a Custom Form Confirmation Page and make it your "Next Page" for your Custom Form Page (or use the Send Page feature on the Custom Form Page to send the Custom Form Confirmation Page to the submitter. (If the send the confirmation page, be sure you have an email address field on your custom form.)

Does it work if i have two custom form confirmation pages? There is a custom form confirmation that is displayed once the form has been submitted. But i want them to be able to log back into their account at a later date and view their entries for that custom form. I have tried creating another page that is a custom form confirmation page, but it will work immediately after the form has been submitted, but will produce an error message after a period of time has passed. I've also tried to create a form item view page but this doesn't work consistently either.

Then you could create a Custom Form List View / Form Item View Pages and set the view filter to display any submitted forms that match the submitter. Then whenever any user access the view page, they will see only links to Item View pages with their own data. You can what fields you want on the view item page.

I've created a Form Item View, previously a Custom Form as well as a Form List View.

The problem is that I've created a field named ^^categoría^^, using a field type of check box with many options, but it is not working at the Form List View neither the Form Item View because is just appearing as the field ^^categoría^^ and doesn't contains the information picked by the Custom Form.

PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP, SINCHE I'VE BEEN SPENDING SO MANY DAYS TRYING TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!!
