Advanced Filter reports

I am having trouble creating reports with correct data using the Advanced Filters. I need a report of all Active Members within Contact group DAM Swim. I am selecting Add Advanced Filters, then Show: My Active Members, then select DAM Swim Contact group and update. My date range is very broad so 500-600 names should pop up. It list zero names.
I did another report earlier and I notice it keeps going back to that contact group as the default. Please advise. Thank you!

We see what you are talking about. We are getting the same results. We have escalated this issue to the liveSite programmers to see if there are any fixes for this in the upcoming release. We will post a reply here when we know more. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

Is there a temporary fix for me to get a report of this group. I have to send monthly membership reports to a fitness center where our members use the pool. We have scan code cards that read membership numbers in their scanner so I need a way to get them a list of Active DAM Swim members.

We have someone looking into this for you right now. We don't know of any workarounds yet. We will let you know when we have more info.

From your requirements, it does not sound like you need advanced filters, so we recommend that you click "Remove Advanced Filters" and just use the Contact Group and Show pick lists. If that does not work for some reason, then we recommend that you close down all web browsers and try again without adding advanced filters this time.

We will look into why selecting contact groups in the advanced filters does not appear to work sometimes.
