Rotate Content on Refresh

We have several customer testimonials we would like to randomly cycle on a given page. We don't want it to dynamically cycle in-page like an ad region. We simply want it to load a different testimonial statically for each user that visits the page, basically every time the page is hit it randomly serves 1 of 10 different testimonials up.

Is there an easy way to do this with a built-in object? We are on 7.2 now, but we're close to upgrading to 8. Thanks.
