Is this software open source GPL?

I am interested in using this software and would like to know if it is open source and if i can modify any part of the code. Also is it GPL?

No, liveSite is not open source. By maintaining the source code ourselves, this allows us to provide hassle-free software updates for all, and creates a more secure and spam-free solution too.
