private label

After you have reset my subscription I have used the Id again for the new domain and server however everythime I do the private label or design it is telling me to upgrade your account so looks like even I have activated the Id# it is not working yet could you advise.

We see that your subscription was reactivated successfully for www.printefex.com, printefex.com. Can you reply with the exact error message you are receiving and how what you did to get it?
