Order Reciept

Hey there,

We have set up the shop and all is working well. After an order is completed there is no receipt sent to the person who ordered. We are only testing it now and it is not live but I just can not see to find where to get that receipt to be emailed to the purchaser. Thanks for any help you can provide!

liveSite always sends the Order Receipt page the the customer. If you see the Order Receipt page after you make a purchase, then liveSite will send that page.

If it doesn't, then either the email address is invalid, the message is stuck in a spam folder upon delivery, or your hosting provider does not have outbound email working for your site (liveSite uses PHPMailer).

Do you get any other emails from the liveSite system? If so, then the hosting account is setup correctly and it's one of the other reasons.
