IE security certificate issue

I'm having tremendous difficulty with Internet Explorer and my site. I have an SSL, but everytime i try to access my site on IE, I get "IE blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors". I went so far as to create a test page with literally nothing on it besides the required System-Use Page section and i still get that error (https://www.bigskyquotes.com/pages/ietest). What are my options? Is this an issue with my SSL or is it an issue that IE has with System-Use sections?
