Changed soemthing in SIte Setting- Now I cannot log in to my ADMIN panel.

I was setting up Paypal in my site settings. I clicked SSL, even though I do not have it yet for this site becasue I was going to put one on later if I had to (think I dont have to becasue I am only using PayPal).
ANYWAY...
Once I hit save, my computer has decided that it is not an UNSAFE site and it will not let me it! It keeps sending me to another site that I have that has an SSL certificate. I can get to the log in page.... but that is it! ACK!!

HELP!
