"Lost Password" - No link to click.

On my site, when someone types in the wrong password the get the standard error message which includes "please click the Lost Password link. However, the link is not there. How do I get it back on that error page or redirect?

I think you can accomplish this under "Site Settings", then under the "General" section at the top there are options for the following:

Allow Password Hint:
Allow Remember Me:
Forgot Password Link:
Change Password Link:

Check the box if it is unchecked and you might resolve your issue.
