We're not getting e-mails from liveSite

We host our liveSite with Camelback and a client has reported that they have stopped receiving e-mails from liveSite for Contact Us forms and Order Confirmations.

I have had them check their e-mail system and SPAM filters and everything is okay there. Other mail is coming in okay.

To check, I just added myself to the BCC using to totally separate e-mail sever and confirmed that I'm not getting them either.

I'll send the client name and their domain in a private conversation.

This issue should be resolved now, however it might take up to a day or two for e-mails to start working again.

The IP address for one of our cloud hosting servers was re-added to the PBL list (http://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/) for an unknown reason. Some mail providers use the PBL list to determine which e-mail to block. We had already requested that the IP address be removed in the past. We have now requested that it be removed again, and it has been removed now.

Please be aware that the PBL list is a list that your mail provider is not required to use and we do not have ultimate control over whether a server IP address is included in the list. However, we are happy to request that a server IP address be removed from the list when necessary.
