We host our liveSite with Camelback and a client has reported that they have stopped receiving e-mails from liveSite for Contact Us forms and Order Confirmations.
I have had them check their e-mail system and SPAM filters and everything is okay there. Other mail is coming in okay.
To check, I just added myself to the BCC using to totally separate e-mail sever and confirmed that I'm not getting them either.
I'll send the client name and their domain in a private conversation.
