Our Support Policy

We have a reputation of a high level of support from our customers and we do plan to keep that reputation.

Hosting Support
Our support related to problems from our end, whether it be server issues, or any form of hardware or software issues, is unlimited. Problems do arise occassionally and we do our best to fix them in a minimum amount of time, but if you do find a problem pertaining to our end of the system, you may call us using our toll free number. Our servers are constantly monitored, but problems can arise without our immediate knowledge.

Customer Support
Our support related to questions and/or problems our customers may have, whatever they may be, is limited and billable if an excessive amount of support is needed, but you will be notified in advance if you will be billed for the support. How much free support our customers receive is dependant primarily on the software products and/or hosting plans purchased, and secondarily on our schedule and amount of free time. We do provide various forms of support to our customers and even to interested visitors through our online knowledge base of Frequently Asked Questions and Product Documentation.  Material is frequently added to our website and knowledge base so that is the best source of information. More times than not, the answers you are looking for are there.

If you, as a customer, do have any questions about any of our products or services, feel free to contact us through our online ticket system.  We will do our best to answer any questions you may have, and we will not charge you for the assistance without prior notification, although we do ask that you look for your answers on our website and online knowledge base before requesting our assistance.

It is not possible to specify exactly how much assistance is included with our products and services due to the fact that there are so many different types of assistance, but as a general guideline, we simply cannot login to your web server and troubleshoot your installation, nor can we offer free assistance or training to help you configure and build your website.  We do offer fee-based installation and web design services if you need assistance. We typically do provide a little extra assistance on initial setup to help you get started, and as mentioned before, you will never be billed for customer support without first being notified and given the option to continue or cancel your support request.
