Saved Search Folders
liveMail™ search folders enable you to create custom mail folders whose contents contain the results of a pre-configured search that is updated constantly.
These folders make it easy to find mail that is important to you. Any IMAP enabled email client can view these search folders as they appear to be just another IMAP folder. This feature is unique to liveMail™ because of our superior IMAP technology.
Calendar & Appointments
Create one, many, or share Calendar & Appointments folders with members of your organization through the web application client. Sync your calendar folders online with most applications and devices.
liveMail™ supports a full featured calendar within the web application client. Any number of calendars for appointments can be created within liveMail™, for your own private use or share your calendar with other members of your organization.

Address Books

Contact Update Campaigns
liveMail™ Contact Update Campaigns allow you to quickly and easily let your contacts update their own personal information. Simply start a new update campaign, select a personalized message to send to your contacts, and we will do the work for you. Each person in the folder you select will be sent an email asking them to visit a URL if the personal information contained in the email is incorrect. Once they have visited the URL they can update, edit, or delete any part of their contact.
Contacts Import/Export Wizard
Import or Export from any one of your contacts folders using the liveMail™ import/export wizard from a CSV file or using CSV formats from MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, and Thunderbird.
Online File Storage
Store and share your files online and manage them via the web application client or using your favorite FTP client. Store files that need to be accessed from anywhere on the Internet using the online storage feature within liveMail™. You may create any number of folders to organize and store your files within your account. The web application client looks and behaves just like the Windows based Explorer including right click context menus, shift & ctrl button select operations, drag n' drop support and more.
Web Instant Messaging
The liveMail™ web application client supports online instant messaging (IM). This feature allows you to stay in touch with other members of your organization or any liveMail™ member. In addition liveMail's instant messaging tool connects to the Jabber network of instant messaging servers allowing you to communicate to anyone using a client on the Jabber network. FTP Access
Using your favorite FTP client you can access your liveMail™ online disk storage.
Remote Sync
Sync your Calendar remotely with iCAL support within liveMail™ for Mozilla Thunderbird, and other email clients supporting iCAL. You may also sync your Calendar from your email client using the SyncML protocol with our Outlook Sync plug-in. Our SyncML support may also be used to sync supporting wireless devices.
Challenge / Response
This white listing technology will automatically send a response to someone who has never sent you an email before while holding their email they sent you in a escrow mailbox (Spam/Unverified folder), they will then be required to visit a website to verify they are not a machine. Once visited their email will be released to your Inbox and future emails will be delivered without delay.
Rule Magic
Rule Magic is an intelligence feature that learns how your mail messages should be sorted into your various mail folders. For example if you find a spam message has been missed by the spam engine simply move it into the Spam folder, our system will learn from this move operation and attempt to deliver it directly into your Spam folder upon receiving another spam of similar content. This feature can be enabled for only detection of spam via the Spam folder or it can also be enabled to help sort your mail without setting up tedious static mail rules.

With liveMail™, productivity means that information that is shared by two or more people within an organization is important. We allow you to share Mail, Tasks, Journal, Calendar, Appointments, and Contacts with one or more people within your organization. Shared folders can be setup within the web application client, mail sharing can even be accessed from IMAP using any IMAP enabled email client such as MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Thunderbird, and most others.
liveMail™ Filter Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Email
liveMail™ offers multiple spam fighting technologies so that you can pick and choose one or more that are right for you.
Mail Content Detection
This technology examines the email message using Bayesian style matching which is then used to treat the message as spam based on a configurable spam sensitivity rating as seen below in the settings.
