Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. When you are ready to launch your liveSite website, you simply point your domain name to the server address we will supply you (we will send you instructions).
Will my new liveSite web hosting account interfere with my existing website?
No. Your liveSite web hosting account will be accessed using one of our domains, so it will not interfere in any way with any existing website or domain.
How long does it take to make my website live after ordering a plan?
We ask that you give us one business day notice. Once you have ordered, you will be asked to complete a Hosting Setup Form to indicate the domain name (i.e. MyDomain.Com) that you wish to use for the website. Once we receive your information, our engineers will configure your web server to begin directing visitor requests to your website. You will receive an e-mail notice when this step has been completed. You are then free to modify your domain's DNS settings to point your domain to your web server and you will be live!
Does my hosting plan include a domain name?
No, but you are free to use any domain name that you register with any Domain Name Registrar. We can register a domain name and manage the DNS for you. This is available as an upgrade.

If you host our website, do we keep control of our domain name?
Yes, we don't require you to transfer your domain to us. You simply point your website domain services to the liveSite server we assign to your account.
How do I access my liveSite web hosting account while my existing site is still online?
We will supply you with a temporary URL you will use to access your liveSite until you are ready to launch your new liveSite website.
What about support, is it free?
Yes, we offer free e-mail support, online documentation, downloadable manuals, and video tutorials. We also offer pay-per-hour services for everything from training to customizations. If you need us, we are here for you.
